We currently offer both heated and non-heated Vinyasa yoga classes.
Our non-heated Vinyasa Flow class welcomes all levels of yogis. This class uses a variety of postures to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. Vinyasa Flow encourages students to move into and out of postures safely. There is a strong emphasis in correct alignment using the breath and meditation to quiet the mind in order to attain peace and stillness. This class will take you through sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining postures, backbends and core strengthening. You are in for a great treat!
A power yoga class for intermediate to advanced yoga students. WEY L2 is challenging and dynamic Vinyasa series and will work to build strength, stamina, and increase flexibility. This class will continue to challenge your mind and body as the room is heated up to 95 degrees.
